Justin Schwellnus
Justin is a leading marketing researcher, analyst, and strategist, having shaped thinking on many of Africa’s leading brands.
He is a UCT Business Science graduate and his career spans FMCG brand management, strategic planning, brand consulting and market research. He is also a dad, a keen cyclist, and drinks too much coffee.
As managing partner at Dashboard, Justin cares deeply about our staff and our clients, and personally commits to all aspects of Dashboard’s offer. He is excited by the change he sees us all hurtling through and feels committed to building forward-thinking marketing intelligence programmes to guide our clients and their brands.
Tapiwa Pasi
Tapiwa is a result-oriented and data-driven research analyst. He has a calm, steady and detail-oriented approach which enables him to extract clarity and insight from the most unwieldy data sets. He holds a Masters degree in Economics and a Post Grad Certificate in Project Management.
He plays a key role in data processing, analysis, and presentation development at Dashboard. He uses his in-depth knowledge and his always-expanding set of analysis and data science tools to condense complex raw data into thoughtful and actionable information.
Tapiwa loves a challenge and always has an eye out for the next growth opportunity for Dashboard or one of our clients.

IT SPECIALIST AND DEVELOPER
Tare Machingambi
Tare is a software developer with over 13 years of experience in building systems, server related software, web, api’s, mobile and desktop tools on multiple platforms.
With a UCT Business Science degree in Information systems, he spends his time exploring new technologies and making sure that the most appropriate tools are available to the business. Tare’s key responsibility is to use tech to amplify the Dashboard's capabilities. Securing our data and systems and managing our IT infrastructure are also key programs assigned to Tare.
He enjoys solving complex technology problems, automating repetitive processes, and ensuring the integrity of information flows around and within our business.
Sharine Potgieter
Sharine holds a BBA in Business Management and Communication from UNISA and has made a career of building and manging online communities across sectors including banking, insurance, telcos and others.
Sharine is the go-to person for managing and coordinating online projects and our interaction with data subjects. She is always passionate about providing respondents with the best possible survey experience while also scripting complex survey instruments to ensure that the needs of our data analysts and clients are met.
She is an expert in respondent recruitment techniques and is passionate about making the voices of customers heard through market research. She enjoys “good coffee” and chocolate croissants!

Sotirios Ladopoulos
Sotirios holds a BCompt(Hons) and is a CA(SA). He has over 15 years’ experience as a finance manager across a variety of small and medium businesses.
When he is not running the mountain trails around Hout Bay you might find him keeping his steady hand on all finance aspects of the Dashboard operation.
